That is a post by 'the best kind of bear' (bptf mod) saying that if a hat sells in keys , It can be priced in keys and not buds.

So I got offered this clean hat for 130 keys.

^from that you can just see the hazmatt and the 130 keys. (hard to fit on 1 page)

this is the most recent open sale I could find.

ALL OTHER SALES IN PAST 3 MONTHS: (I spent ages scrolling through historys and trades to find any confirmed sales)

1 of 4 - two have like 2 - 3 person history and scrolling through others I couldn't find any posts that would effect this price suggestion.

Glad that they finally clarified on this matter.

I would advise looking into the other three hats that are currently on outpost. One has several sales on it.

The only sale was in keys so it's fine. Not fully sure though.

There's no way you can price this hat on only one sale/offer.

I am making a new suggestion. Also I can't trace many of those.

It really isn't hard to trace the sales. Use the History View in these individuals' backpacks and you can easily find what was exchanged.
