It is common for the bills to be sold at its normal price regardless of the paint anyway.

I easily sold a pink one for 3 keys and my friend sold a duped one (yeah I know that doesn't really matter) for 3 keys. Both took like 1-2 days to sell.

Conclusion: The current price (3 keys) is no longer reflecting this item's value as many ones with expensive paint go for 3. Classifieds support the range along with those 2 links I provided (granted, one of which did sell). This is a long needed drop.

Painted ones are not suitable proof for a suggestion for the clean version. Bill's have always been sold at the same price even with high value paints. If we follow your logic, we should use pro killstreak variants to determine weapon prices, and unusual sales to suggest for unique hats

The problem is that when more bill's hat with paint are selling for 3 keys only. Who will buy the unpainted bill for 3 keys. Unpainted bill's hat seller will need to sell for lower price to compete with 3 keys painted bill seller. Upvote. My black bill's hat is selling for 3 keys +1 ref with auto bump and still can't sell them all. In the past, i can easily sell them for 3 keys + 6 ref

This is still a suggestion for the clean variant, so we need proof with unsolds at the current price, and sellers at the new one. Painted hats are not relevant... I would accept them as supporting proof, if OP had real proof too, but as I mentioned his sellers sold without a single bump, and his "unsolds" are either unbumped, or sold within a day of the suggestion

I think that 2.4 key hat is a troll, especially if it still on classifiied for several hours for that cheap of a price.

Bought quite a few TS ones for 3 and even two black ones if I am not mistaken. It's with a heavy heart, but I agree; this needs a drop.

Hm, when you made the suggestion they were pretty stable at 3. Now just looking at classifieds there are tons below 3, even painted. You might be right this needs a drop. Btw, if this gets accepted they will drop even further untill they hit 2 keys flat.
