Also appears he bought it off DX for a max's head.

Not really sure the B/O should affect it in this case, as it's being rasied with a duped version of the hat. Setting the sale at 4 because of a seller at 4 would make the sale generally invalid. And the sale with the max also is invalid as you cannot lower a hat with a duped sale.

Either way outlier anyways given an unsold at 4 for over a month, and that one is clean.

Also the old price is 2-2.2, so the max head sale is still increasing it, technically.

I'm gonna go with what it says in it's current price, which is 4.5 - 4.7. It obviously changed for a reason.

It's based off the old system using USD, when buds were 20 keys each. Kinda like the Flies Swagman suggestion that got closed trying to 'lower' the price to 25 when technically it was raising it.
