Not taking this into keys for the sake it would conflict with the buyout now. Makes sense to take it into buds.
If buds were 11.25 @time of sale, then it'd be 2.222 (2.2).
But the buyout of 2 makes it 2
They weren't 11.25 at the time of the sale and it appears he didn't sell on the 27th. It seems it was closer to the 5th.
