Stare From Beyond Brotherhood of Arms is 25.5 buds so; 25.5*0.9 = 22.95 (Rounded to 23 buds)
23+5 = 28 buds

I feel the feels. Cedar kindly lent me some Smoking Antlers (9 buds) to do a PE BoA suggestion but after that my vote power reverted - to keep the vote power, your bp value has to be registered in that little graph above your bp on here, and idek when that updates D:
It updates when you try to check your backpack on backpack.tf, when you do that it updates the info on your backpack to make sure what you're seeing is correct :)
You'd think that, but the vote power doesn't stay updated unless the graph registers the change in bp value.
I think the graph updates when you do that above thing, or else I'm just completely wrong. (The vote power is based on your highest every backpack value, so once it was registered in your graph you can keep that vote power forever)
