Great proof :) I can agree. I sold mine for 36 keys, less than a few weeks ago. So upvote!

After the update in prices though, I don't think that the price should be changed.

I'm not really sure about your low end, maybe it could be an outlier. I offered these last days 30 keys pure to 3 different owners and all of them rejected my offer.

Well, the low end should be 31, not 28, as that was the key conversion on that sale with buds at 11 keys. I'm calling this as close enough, though I wouldn't be opposed to someone resuggesting at 31-40.
