Tons of quicksells on outpost and bp.tf classified

And about the community market: there are some awps sold for 28 euros wich is around 12 keys.

Invalid proof, they're unresponsive and don't bump. They would QS no problem judging by the offers.

No, 22.74 EUR is 12 keys exactly. 28 EUR is over.

Go to the "Search..." bar, type "convert 12 keys", take that USD price to a converter, convert into EUR.

Eh, feels like there should be more evidence... Not to mention I can't seem to find these "Quicksells". Gonna stay neutral for now until more proof can be shown.
