Pyromancer mini is wrong.

The max needs overpay as it's level 1, bud were 13 keys at the time of sale, and you don't need a mini for a mini.

It's 7(buds) + 3(max) + 3.9( buds > keys) + (3.8 * 0.9) = 17.3 buds

More than positive.. I have 174 suggestions for unusuals alone accepted. When randy the shpee is making them, I talk to him and help him sometimes with his 500 suggestions. I'm definite he doesn't need a mini for it. If that were true, then some suggestions could take forever involving a never ending chain of outdated hats.

Well, if I count that sale (after overpay) as 15.6, and the Sole sale as 17, that averages to 16.3 - 12 = 4.3

The 17.3 buds is after overpay already. You'd take 12 off of that giving you 5.3 buds. Also, if vetro was really offered 4 and 5 buds pure on a gifted one, these are all outliers.
