Replying to the guy who said "why not 1.7", I believe 1.75 is also usable and 1.73 is more close to 1.75 than 1.7...

I feel this is okay, as the proof for 1.5 is non-existent, since classifieds can't be used as main proof for a low end.

It will drop again soon enough, but for now this is reasonable.
