    Most sellers on outpost are just looking for offers, but there is one seller for 9 refs (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25423349) and 2 sellers for 10.

            I sold it within a day for 10ref, and there's a quickbuyer at 9ref.


            10ref is better than 9-10. Quickbuyers shouldn't represent the price.
