I assume since the trade was closed (he got banned) but the item was moved to the guy who offered the money, and there was no item trade in between the two people, I think it's safe to say that he successfully sold the Secret To Everybody Hong Kong Cone for 110 Buds in cash.

It was a fake offer. He gave all his stuff away to the other guy for free.
