Level 27, four year old account with decent amount of items and 100+ games? Kinda doubt it.
Why? They're just giving away useless items. Items like that either get traded for cheap/free, get deleted, or rot away in the back of your bag.
It's dodgy as hell, honestly. Obviously not a trader, 0 other trades. Profiles =/= Reputable. I was just saying, watch it for a bit, some of the items they're "selling" aren't wrappable, so I'm not sure.
He's not a trader obviously, probably just ignorant about which items can be traded via wraps. I'd be very surprised if he was a wrap scammer, nothing about his account screams "dodgy!" to me.
You know know. Give it a day, if any of them sell successfully, then I completely agree that the sale is an outlier, however if so, I'm not too sure. Halloween items are REALLY stupid

These trades are outliers. Plenty of people give away these things for a scrap or even for free (as madbringer posted). I think you just got lucky in this case.

I didn't use the trade window, I simply gifted it to him because I found it easier, the chat log is proof of that.

Other seller is looking for offers, and the other is looking to trade it with other items for a knife.
The chat log provides proof of the trade being completed, I gifted it to him instead of trading it because I didn't want to do the e-mail stuff. It's sufficient proof.
