A price can not be fully based off of offers. 9 buds is an arbitrary value being used here. You will have to wait for another sale or attempt to price the executioner.

Retrying - after imput from Kevin the Chicken God [GIRL] and Eldric Liaz [credits to them c:], a general concensus that 4 buds seems awkwardly low has been reached.
- Frostbite HKC (~20) if ghosts hugger (?) + bubbling hugger (1.8) are added [cant use this because I dont know the ghosts hugger, but its DEFINITELY higher than 4]
- Gifted beams mining light (~10.5) cant really use this either because the hat is gifted, but again, it supports that 4 is an outlier.
Based on the abovementioned I say 9-9.25 is a far more realistic display of this hat's value.
Suggesting at 9 flat [no B/O set, but consistent offers around this value declined]

I'd give an estimate for the exe at ~25, that's just going off of a rough mind value.
Not convinced both the exe and 9 bud sales are accurate. Somewhere ~15 would look good at this moment in time, but sadly there's not much to back that up.
hm, I disregarded his post because I saw the guy "sold" it for 4 (as mentioned above, this guys sale is the 4 bud sale), which is why I originally suggested it at 4 (before looking deeper into it, even though I already felt 4 would be off)
[Edit] the closest I could get to "valuing" the exe is to use its other sale (involving a GE HKC), which seemed unusable to me when suggesting a price for the cone (because it was sold immediately after the freshly unboxed cone became tradable, implying quickselling. )

I'd do nothing but wait for more completed sales instead of suggesting with inappropiate proof, for reference:
Offers alone are not enough to make a suggestion. There are times when the buyer-seller gap is large and there haven't been recent sales on a hat. In these situations, the price should be left as is until a sale is completed. This does not mean that offers are not valid proof. They are very useful for defining a range and identifying outliers. Sales need to be provided to support your suggested range.
I am very well aware of this, I am in fact using these offers to point out an outlier [4bud sale], showing that another sale [the unpriced exe sale] is very likely a much more accurate indication of the hat's value even though the most solid proof (a valued sale) suggests otherwise.
I do however agree that it could be better to wait for more sales [resuggested based on feedback received on the initial suggestion, wanted to put that to practice and see how it'd work, fully convinced it would be a way better indication].
I'll leave it be for now and see what other feedback Ill receive.
