There was something really suspicious with this. Good thing I'm actually pricing this.
I traded a gifted Stormy 13th Hour Tyrant's + Morning Glory Valley forge for it.
The gifted Stormy 13th Hour's mini seems to be worth around 4 with the mini I collected on it.
With the Valley Forge's price (after overpay), makes it around 10.
It sold for a clean g.e. spartan, in the past. Hasn't it?
In the past three months? Doesn't appear so.
And which spartan? There's two of them.
Can't check OP, can't provide proof. But I looked throught the history of the tyrants, and found someone offered it.

He sold the TC for $323 on the market apparently. Not sure if that changes anything :/
Though to be fair he also originally had the TC for 18 buds so he assumed they were worth that.

Usually, the SCM is a bit overpriced, especially when it comes to the Unusuals. So, he probably got a really good deal out of that and that probably won't factor in much, since the current price on the TC is still established for a while.
Steaming Ninja (40 keys) + Molten Mallard Bonk Boy (154) would now be 194 keys, much higher than suggested high end now :/
