About as clear-cut as you can get on a trade, as far as I can tell. You can still see the hole in his backpack where it used to live in the prior snapshot, despite it being over a month previous.

Just want to make sure, but there are 7 copies of this hat. I assume you've checked the histories on each of those 7 hats and double-checked that there have been no other sales on any of them recently, yes?
