To answer your question, no, quicksells cannot be used in price changes. Especially if the seller didn't sell at a lower price over the course of days, that gets chalked up to random chance of people looking at different items. But, if the high end was only one fluke trade, and the item does not sell regularly at that price, it would be appropriate to resuggest the price with a more accurate range.
