Really strange and non-strange are equally as rare in the burning effect but yeah... the strange one is more desired.

may i ask you why you're not using a range suggestion (23~35)? and choosing the lower end as its price?

Because the 35 Sale is a strange one, and valued highed, so you don't know exactly what it'd be without another sale

Strange Unusual isn't Unusual. It's a completely different item and can't be used in this suggestion.

Voting for dual quality items is not yet possible, which means the Strange Unusual Old Man Frost cannot be priced. However, it is not the same item as an Unusual Old Man Frost, which means it cannot be used to help you here.

The thing is that strange unusuals have already been priced and have positively affected the non-strange ones inadvertently in many cases such as Thirstbloods. And buyers are aware that a strange version is worth more, but yet still use bp suggestion as their price guides.

The vast majority of strange unusual thirstbloods sell for more than the non-strange ones. And for the high tier ones, the difference has previously been shown to be as much as 50%. That's why we didn't allow them. On lower tier ~1-2 buds hats, you're right. It doesn't really matter. Also want to point out that there are some strange unusuals made that way due to strangifiers like the veil and private eye. And those can continue to be strangified unlike these ones. So we allow suggestions using those as proof for those particular hats.
