EDIT: Just checked and it actually showed up with literally almost no normal Phlogistinators at 2 ref, just a bunch of 1.66 refs and lower.

I'm leaving this suggestion up to see how it goes...because sometimes a miracle happens :D

What if I were to say that I hate using the Phlog?

This will need some unsolds at 2 refined to remove it from the range. And comments suggest that 1.66 flat is the ideal price here.
