Hmm, you'll have to provide pricewise evidence (and youll have to show what hiveminder it is you traded for it)

[Edit] in addition:

- youll need to apply overpay (hat value *0.9).

- youll need to check if there were any other sales

- (now that I see its a bubbling hive) the hat is outdated (has an old price) so youll need to provide a mini (show what it sold for recently) to show it's still worth that much

http://backpack.tf/item/2247404213 this is the hat's history, it shows it has sold plenty of times recently. I think it'd be best to check the histories to see how much those sales were (by comparing backpacks before and after the trade happened)
