I contacted the current owner of the Hood to help me out in pricing it, but he refused and blocked me on OP, so I've had to do research on my own.

I highly suspect that Poplep and Loopy are the same person. Loopy did not have anything valuable from his BP before the Hood appears in his BP, but suddenly the Hood disappears, and all those items mentioned above (TC+Wrench+sweets) ends up in Poplep's BP

I bet that this hat will recieve better offers untill this thing will be closed.

I'm expecting that as well, but since it's 1 of 1 and a sale happened, so it can be used to price it, and it will be priced again when the next sale happens.
