Suggestion: Mann Co. Supply Crate Key at 19 ref

The amount of buyers at 19 ref show just how much keys need a rise and the sales also reinforce the idea that 19 ref is now the most common trading point.

Feel free to support/counter my suggestion!

This seems to be better than 18.66-19, even if 18.66 is currently common, the buyers at 18.88 and higher are really hard to ignore. Upgoatse.
