Assuming buds are a safe 9 keys (and dropping) this puts the sale at 19 pure.

Of course, it did sell last month for 8.3 buds, but since it's a 1/1 hat it seems right that the latest sale dictates the price.

I would like community opinion though 8.3-19 range or 19 flat?

8.3-19 just wouldn't work.

Since it was over half in keys you should probably price it in keys.

19 flat seems fine if you want to price it in buds though.

if at least one bud was involved, it should be priced in buds, not keys

I've seen lots of things priced in keys and accepted with majority keys and a few buds. If you want I can go look up a few as well as Polar's recent guidelines.
