Why not 4 flat?

4.33 doesn't seem to sell either.

Just in case one does sell. I was going to do 4-5 ref but the sheer amount of unsolds at 5 ref stopped me.

4 - 4.33 just seems right given the market at the moment.

I would personally do 4 flat, but it's your suggestion :P
