I'm seeing 2/3 sales in buds, not keys. Sales 2 and 3 are both in buds. The geezer is valued in buds and outdated, to boot.

What rule are you talking about? There is nothing in the rule book about allowing outdated hats in minis. People always assumed it was okay, and we accepted them if they weren't critical or if they didn't impact the suggestion much. Here, you are dramatically increasing the high end based off an outdated hat. Furthermore, the geezer is priced in buds, yet the suggestion is being made in keys.

Fair 'nuff, tho the Geezer is priced in keys, not buds :x
