Feel free to let me know if there were any other sales that i havent seen.

With 19 and 22 being 3 buds from each other, 31 looks more like the outlier. But that's just my opinion.

Considering that neither owner will part with this at that range. i would say the 19 is the outlier.

because 2 hats are unpriced and i made mini's for them. you only apply overpay to unusual hats that are already updated.

Megagenta, anyway my first unusual i priced was price exactly like this, and it was accepted. So i did the same here.

and what jacob said. Sale one should probably be 30 flat.

If a mod thinks i should ill round it down to 30, but i've seen people get accepted with odd number ranges on higher priced hats.

Odd numbers = 3.14-4.28

odd numbers =/= 31

It's for the sake of proper overpay

if a mod thinks it should be rounded then ill remake this but for now ill just leave it as it is.
