The 2nd Sales Buyout was 14 Keys.
Well, in terms of Buds, sale 1 (at the time) was 1.7 Buds
Sale 2, if sold today, is 1.75 Buds
You can't use first sale when there is a shitton of recent valid sales (within 2 months old).
The 25 keys is most likely an outlier based on the following trades

The other suggestion with a narrower range is closer to the value of this hat. Accepting the other suggestion. Thanks for the suggestion.
