If 22 doesn't sell what's the point of it in the range.
Because there are only a small amount of 21 sellers.
More sellers at 21 then 22. Unless 22 sells, no point of it in the range.
where do you get more 22 than 21? 3 at 21, and 7 at 22?

yes but as there are only 3 21, and more 22 in the classifieds, I feel that a range would make more sense
