One buyer isn't enough to raise a price.

Unfortunately I can't really find ANYONE trading this hat for sane prices period, besides a couple of buyers at 2 ref and a bunch of sellers with paints applied. Anyone have more proof?

Actually it all depends on the market. There are in some cases where 1 buyer is enough to increase the price. Also I found a quicksale at 4.

Yeah, I just didn't think this item would be that stagnant.

Where do you see that he sold one, in the second trade? He doesn't have any in his inventory anymore but we don't necessarily know that it actually sold for 4 ref. Maybe someone could reach out to him and ask for a screencap of the trade offer?
