Conclusion:

Sales at 70, 72, 75, 100, 75 keys and numerous B/Os or rejected offers varying in the 70-75 key range. Due to most of the sales revolving from 70-75 keys, I'm going to account the 100 key sale as an outlier. Taking a final range of 70-75 keys.

Do we have free reign on what to price items at in regards to buds or keys? Two of your sales were in buds,and only one in keys. Not picking an arguement, would genuinely like to know if its completely up to the suggester since this is going to happen a lot.

Good question. Well, obviously right now due to the massive decline in the value of buds, it is best to price majority of unusuals in keys for the time being as buds are extremely unstable and does not reflect the item's true value. Also, the most recent sale, which was just a few hours ago, sold for pure keys and thus, this should be priced in keys rather than buds. Hopefully this clears out any questions you had!

Sale 1 is in keys, sale two is in buds, sale three is in buds aswell, and sale five is buds aswell.

Yeah, it does look like significantly more sales in buds. I'm happy to keep this up to see if we get some newer key sales with preference to more recent sales.

Oh sorry, didn't see Zcrab's comment there. Sure thing, polar. There are none on the market right now as well, so if there isn't another key sale in a week, I'll close this suggestion and resuggest when there is another key sale.
