I’m sorry but with the way buds are now, setting the price in buds is clearly inaccurate. 1.2 buds (the 15 key sale) is now ~8 keys, which is preposterously low for this hat.
Credit to http://backpack.tf/u/76561198089196207 for the sales.

No. All these sales are in buds. Can't price something in keys if people aren't willing to pay keys.
I would literally pay the high end price for the other suggestion, in pure, right now if I could. The current seller has even declined a 10 key offer, which is over the suggested high end. Pricing this hat at 0.9-1.2 buds is worse than leaving it unpriced, since it is such a gross misrepresentation of the hats actual, cash (aka key) value.
In short, buds need to hurry up and die already.
I agree with you about buds needing to be used at all, and with the hat being under priced as of now. But backpack.tf is more about reflecting sales rather than doing something just because "it doesn't feel right", if you get what i mean. If this hat deserves more (which, personally, i think it does) people will pay it, and then it can be priced accordingly. And this doesn't seem to be too unlikely, given the offers he has received. But not until then.
Last I checked, backpack is a pricing guide, not a listing sales guide (at least for non-god tiers), and pricing this hat at 8 keys is just blatantly wrong. And it's not like I made up or manipulated the sales in any way; I just entered them as their key values at the time of transaction, not their bud values.
