Still a newbie, so I don't really know much. Skimmed through most trades on outpost and all I see is a bunch of unsolds at 0.11 everywhere, so sorry.

no person is going to sell a wep for 1 wep, he's showing that it is hard to sell for 1 scrap therefore should be worth the same value as a normal wep soon

Considering Scrap.tf has none at the current moment except for the ones in the emoticon bot, it suggests that nobody is selling at 0.05 and that if someone does, it's a quicksell, therefore, 0.05 cannot be added yet

proof that it's a quicksell? don't say scrap.tf because that can't be used as proof\

Most of the unsolds have sold here. A lot of them have their trades up because they are selling many. If you look at the item, it's sold. They have sold at least a few. Not really enough here, unfortunately. Scrap.tf not having them in stock shows that these aren't really going for 0.05.
