Sale #1
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24985649
Sold for a HG Towering
3.95 buds * 0.9 * 12 keys/bud = 43 keys
Sale #2
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25466880
I offered 34 keys pure, they declined, someone with a duped beak added me later, having seen my post, and sold to me for 34 (I would have done 37 if it had been clean).
Sale #3

Sold for 4 buds pure, 48 keys at the time

Given that the clean seller declined 34 keys pure, (and the sale at 34 was for a dupe), and a clean one sold for 4 pure when buds were 12 keys, discounting the 34 sale seems reasonable.
Buds were already 11 keys
going on 10 keys, 4 weeks ago at the time of sale, so wouldn't 40-44 be a better max range? The 4 pure sale and the HG towering suggestion both happened when buds were priced at 12 keys on backpack. You may have been able to get them for less during that period, but the fact remains that their listed price was 12 keys during both sales.
Thanks for clarifying
