sold for stormy view (10.2 after overpay), white and black bills (calling these 7 keys total since at the time they were 3 flat. buds were 12 so .6) so ~10.8 after overpay.

10.8*12= ~130 keys

sales at 105, 117, 130, 144. maybe 105 as an outlier and round to 115-145? no idea how we're treating outliers and rounding when dealing with high amounts of keys in suggestions.
