Some technical issues occurred (again), but anyways.
Solds:
Mini for the Ghosts CM: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25045574 (Sold for a Smissmas Caribou + Pro KS Australium SMG + Fountain of Delight I see you. Which is 37+9+7.15 (This is the pro KS kit, which is calculated based on its most recent sale at 15.45, which then was divided into 0.12, then 18 because of the key price) +(19.5x0.9) = 70.7 keys
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24928458 (Sold for a ghosts company man, and 70.7 keys x 0.9= 63.63 keys, rounded down into 63.5 keys. Yes its duped, but I believe it can be used for a mini.)
to value the pro aussie smg you need to use the last weeks sales from the SCM, take an average and divide by avg key price on scm to get a key value. you definitely don't do whatever black magic you're doing with the ref price.
also pretty confident you don't want to be pricing unusuals of this value to any decimal places in keys, it should be a whole number of keys. also probably not valid to use a dupe for a mini.
just curious, is it ok to use sales in a month for professional killstreaked items in SCM?
yeah probably. use your discretion; like if it's gonna give a more reliable average then it's probably best to use a longer time period, but you're trying to estimate its value at the time of the sale. if it's something which sells a lot, then you don't really need a long period.
i should also add a disclaimer that this isn't backed by anything official other than by the general sentiments expressed by polar in the guidelines about using item values at the time of the trade and basic statistics regarding the reliability of a data set.
Okay, thanks
