Welp, I traded a Arcana Titanium Tyrolean for it, so I guess that's the value, since both of us were willing to 1:1

who offered? [if this was offered that means multiply by 0.9]
it was an auction
you offered it then, multiply by 0.9,also no ranges
he liked my hat and i liked his hat, so it was simply a 1:1
BACKPACK.TF team DOES NOT CARE,if he/she likes it. apply overpay otherwise this will be declined
but in an auction, there is no such thing as overpay, just the highest bid
Calm down, man. I'm just saying that in an auction, the auctioneer has no choice but to accept the highest bid if it is more than his starting bid.
For example, if I won a auction of a key with just 10 ref because 10 ref was the highest bid, does that make the key worth 10*0.9= 9 ref? (It dosen't, but I sure wish it does :P)
