Recent max head suggestions have been using lvl 1 sellers as proof for dropping it, so I don't feel like it should be valued lower.

you cant "feel like it" its a rule, if lvl = 1 then max gets overpay

Btw i didnt buy it for 29, he sold it for 29, he thought is price to be around 45 keys, just overpay.

He sold it to you, therefore you bought it?

And it doesn't really matter too much what the seller though it was worth, it matters what he was willing to sell it for, which in this case was a max head.
