I am back with another suggestion.

I found 3 rtp selling them at 3.66 ref,

The seller for 3.88 looks suspicious to me. The person is selling two Strange red Tape Recorders which they bought (both) from the same person who has been banned for buying from scammers.

how do u know these things?

Look at the trades. It tells how how long they have been open for and when the last bump was.

not that. how do u know they's age? and the previous owner of the item?

Previous owners can be seen on clicking the item (doesn't always work on outpost, but the guy before the seller is banned for buying from scammers).
