I would just say that this sale should be considered as an outlier especially when the there is another one on market for sale, has rejected offers better than the new suggested price and if the price drop is like 1000 keys+.

I would want to wait for another sale to justify the price.

The 'drop' two weeks ago would have been a 200 bud raise. Comparisons to old prices as of now are unimportant.

This may not sell again for months, it's better to report the sales as they come.

"They may not sell for months" So are we valuing high tier stuff on the grounds of a doubt now ? Yes i agree the part about reporting the sale but not when the price difference is too much. I respect Leo for the effort he puts in making these suggestions and even agreed to what i am saying here.

Rest apart the proof of what i said earlier is Dakota rejected 250 buds in cash on his trade a month ago. That time buds were 12.5 keys so a simple calculation is 250 x 12.5 = 3125 which is rather a bit more than even the current price.
