It would help immensely if you looked at the other suggestion for once in between your hurry to prove me wrong. Offered on my helm. http://snag.gy/r4wwL.jpg
Nice edit brah
And I think applying overpay on your helm is fair, seeing as you offered it here

It seems more than a little coincidental that you would offer your hat on the harmburg, and then the next owner went ahead and offered the harmburg to you. Most likely, they saw your offer looking at the old trade and were more interested in it than the person they bought it from.
Also, if were going to be picky here, the b/o on that sale was 6 buds, which was 48 keys at the time. The price really should be 45 -50 keys, but I decided to give the hat the benefit of the doubt with the way buds have been fluctuating.
Its not co-incidental. I offered it first, with a str. festive minigun. The owner declined it and i removed him from my list. He the contacted me the next day asking if i was still interested. I said yes, but i dont have the gun anymore. I offered the amby and DCO. He declined and asked for more, i said i wouldnt do it. He said he wanted to think and after a couple hours he said no. Removed him again. And the next day after the conversion i got offered the trade.
And please, the B/O was based off buds, and you're converting it to keys based off the price one day before backpack decided to not use buds as the main currency. And there is the forum post by polar that says the probably true value of an unusual is about 13 keys times the value shown as the original price in buds in its stats page, impying to take buds as 13. Which would put the brotherhood at 65 , smuegel's b/o at 78 keys, and make this suggestion inaccurate. So yeah, cut the condescending tone.
So essentially you offered it with sweets, he declined, and then later changed his mind and decided he would take your offer? I don't see any reason why that would mean you don't need to apply overpay. And even if you didn't apply overpay, given the sales at 45 and 50 keys, a sale at 70 could probably be argued as an outlier.
And none of the sales in this suggestion were capped by a b/o, the only one that could would have been the sale to you and I chose not to since the b/o was in buds, which are rather unstable.
Pie creepin 'Round here has a strong point, Obviously you offered, showing a screenshot like this won't prevent the real offer which you offered on the tf2op trade.
You yourself on the first suggestion (mine) pointed out he declined your searing falkirk - http://backpack.tf/vote/id/551839eab88d88bd108b492a
