http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25356743
B/O of 2buds/22 keys.
Only 1 on the market, no sales since November 2014.

Sale is not young "1 week per 25 keys" it's been up for 2 weeks.
Previous suggestion was not based on B/Os

I believe the pricing hats based on b/o's rule was intended for lowering overinflated hats, not raising.
Otherwise I could just go list, say my GBH conq, for 100 keys and just price it at 100 keys, which doesn't make much sense.
Yes, you could do that, but there are 4 GBH conq sales since Jan, this has none since November.
I guess if there are only B/Os you can use, you should just leave the price like it is for now :/
Pie Creepin Round Here is right. This rule applies to dropping hats based on b/o alone.
If you read further down:
If the b/os are younger than that, you should not drop the hat value based on the b/o alone.
Rationale for this:
A lot of hats are ridiculously inflated. Doing so allows a quick, efficient way to get hats closer to their actual values.
Closing this due to misinterpretation of the guidelines.
