In your sale #3, how did you get 16 keys for the bud's value at the time? The sale occured on the 26th of January. Buds was accepted at 13 keys on that date?

That suggestion was accepted at 22:59:49 -0800

The Napper's in the sale questioned was last seen at 18:21:27 -0800, 4 hours before the suggestion was accpeted.

Glad you brought it up, because I did get the value wrong, buds were 14 keys at the time, which makes the sale 12.6 after overpay, rounds to 13, so I'll resuggest.
