      it's not an outlier really, but the range shouldn't extend past current buyouts, so it's capped there. there's another suggestion up with another sale: sold with hearts billy (33) for a pro ks aussie rocket (~68 keys by my extremely brief done-by-eye SCM sales average). putting the phantom at ~35? maybe actually do the maths on that one and find out if it needs to be included.
