http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25530267 - sold with a v plasma robin (~16 keys with overpay) for an Australium Rocket Launcher (~48 keys), a sale of 32 keys
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25575174 - robin sold for miami nano (18 keys)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24501570 - sold for g.e dapper (~63 keys with overpay) - outlier
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25511919 - g.e dapper sold for dbd company
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25407143 - b/o of 70 for the company man
why is 63 an outlier ?
32 looks like a better candidate
it sold in a day too
63 is over two months old and outdated under the provisional rules.
i'd say 32 is a quicksell, but that word means nothing to you anyways
Personal attack while addressing 0% of my post, sweet.
it actually has more to with it than you want to admit <.<
rocket > 2 hats sale happened in a day
aussies are considered pure
= quicksale
Aussies are considered pure?
Then how come we have to put overpay on them?
Australiums
An aussie rocket launcher is listed at 67-70. If someone lists one at 66 keys, it sells incredibly fast - http://www.tf2outpos.../trade/24981348. 10% overpay on 67-70 is 61.6 keys. Valuing an aussie rocket launcher at 61.5 keys pure would be an unfair evaluation of its pure value. Does this mean that no overpay should be applied? No, because aussie rocket launchers are taking a week to sell at 68 keys pure, so it cannot be considered a direct equivalent of pure. Valuing it at ~66-67 (low end of the current range is probably the closest approximation of its pure value)
now,if i only made a few bookmarks of suggestions where polar stated that aussies can be considered pure
anyways, you don't do overpay on 'em
I've had Polar tell me personally they're not pure.
They're not the same kind of ''not-pure'' as unusuals, but they're not pure all the same.
So.
with that degree of "pure-ness", maybe i have a solution to our problem.
if the current seller on OP declines an offer of 32+,it's clearly an outlier
They can decline whatever offers they want.
if bp.tf reflects the price of a hat, what's the point if it's not selling for that much
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25396153#latest
and 32 declined. how expected.
That proves nothing.
proves that 32 is an outlier
No, it doesn't. I could decline 32 keys on a Vivid Hound Dog, who cares?
it shouldn't be priced at,or lower than 32
in this case it should show that 63 is more usable than 32,even if a bit old
If he declines an offer clearly higher than 32, it's clearly an outlier.
If he declines an offer debate-ably higher than 32, it's debate-ably an outlier.
etc.
I have no problem with it being a quicksell, I've at no point said it wasn't, you just evidently have some sort of bone to pick with me.
I've just said 63 is invalid, which it is, and that Australiums aren't pure, which they aren't.
why were you digressing then
http://prntscr.com/6phj7l
response should have been "i agree that it looks like a quicksell, but aussies can't be considered pure"
with your response it looks like you want to pick a fight with me <.<
I was addressing the point. If you want me to butter my words for you you just have to say, schnookums.
I havent heard of that rule, it must be super-new then.
Australiums are not pure.
Some people treat them as such but they are in fact not pure. Overpay and whatnot still applies to them
I paid 23 Keys for the Belt, and 10.5 Keys for the Robin, those were real quicksells, the Australium one was not.
the funny this is that there is a guy paying 27 for the belt
27 does not equal 32.
would it matter to you ?
current owner declined 32 and you don't care
Correct, I don't.
I think his hat is kind of over priced. For a 1st gen misc so old, it should drop in price definitely.
You might want to wait on this. I have one of these, and I'm going to get proof for a sale of around 70 soon. I feel like maybe the Dapper isn't an outlier.
Ok, so, I traded a vivid plasma sole mate for this hat and a duped circling peace sign tavish. Then, I traded the yellow belt for a miami nights law. Maybe I'm lucky, but I really, really don't think the dapper is an outlier.
Considering when I paid 23 Keys for this hat it was priced at ~35, it really seems the dapper was a huge overpay, I guess you was just really lucky because of this wrong price, but eh, I dont even own the hat, so w/e happens to this suggestion is ok, just making a point
Wow, there were only 2 belts on the market, after the huge ''price change'' there are now 6, interesting
I sold my Circling Peace Sign Master's Yellow Belt for a Sunbeams Pampered Pyro. This is definitely much more than 32 keys.
