Wait, if the 7.66 seller (This one http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25507157 ) sent an offer to the buyer at bp.tf prices (This one http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25518829 ) then would that be a sold at 7.66 or a sale at (presumably) 7.33? Just asking so I know if this would be a sale or not (for future refrence c: )

Uhm, if there's a range and it states bp.tf prices, I usually take it as in the middle, which in this case is 7.66 ref, I could be wrong, but I just use it like that.

Alright man ^_^ I just assumed the low-end because most users say they are "buying hats" at the low-end and lower than their prices but we know he isn't buying lower than the prices obviously so he may be buying at the low-end

I could be wrong, I'm only a purple belt, if you want a better and more accurate response, ask a moderator, or a black belt. Or someone that just overall has better knowledge lol.
