Sale at 2 ref:

Seller at 1.66 ref:

Sellers at 1.33 ref:

http://bazaar.tf/trade/1077495
1st seller is poorly bumped, but I don't think it matters - his listing is still on the first page (i.e. easy to find)
Dunno, that 2 ref seems to be an outlier, even though the market is quite small... Sorry, gotta downvote.
Update: hurr durr forgot offers on bazaar.tf don't expire, should be up to date now.
Both are awfully unbumped i.e. invalid. There is a buyer at 1,66 too - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25566900
Both are easily accessible, the first is a few listings below the 1.66 listing mentioned in the suggestion, the second is one of the newest on bazaar with specified price (if not the newest). Does that make them invalid? As I said, correct me if I'm wrong.
Yes, a poorly bumped listing = invalid. Even if there for example 2 on market. You should easy find it but it's still invalid.
Oh, okay, I get it now; always thought poorly bumped listings were invalid, because they were hard to find.
I guess that makes my criticism invalid as well; due to a lack of further contradictory proof I'm upvoting :)
Eh, that sale is older than previous accepted suggestion. But a sale is a sale.
And an outlier is an outlier. This deserves a drop, not a raise imo. I might be wrong though, I'm still quite a newbie.
Just bough one at 1.55 ( http://imgur.com/Ynz4fnU )
SCM supports the raise
