Suggestion: Earbuds at 7–8 keys

The whole idea of duped items being lower is stupid. Valve will never take them away, and all it means is that 2 items have the same bar code and one of them was scammed.

There are some major problems with your proof.

You also lack solds for 7 keys. There simply isn't enough proof that buds are actually selling at 7 keys, other than quicksells and people trying to undercut.

Also, I thought you needed unsolds to lower a price?

Majority of these aren't even a day old, and some stay because they have to re-stock, but don't close the trade.

There are 3 accepted suggestions the past 2 days, and 2 of them happened yesterday and there was only 5 hours between the last 2 accepted suggestions. How is it possible to provide unsolds?

No need to provide unsolds, you only provide unsolds if you are removing something from the range (i.e. proving they rarely sell at a certain price point) you're is a range hence it should be more focused on sellers below the current price listed on bp.tf

#1: The trade is outdated because we don't know the circumstances surrounding it. Has the trader been bumping the trade not knowing that the price has changed, given that buds were worth 7 keys until as recently as 5PM EST on Saturday? We don't know, and since the trade was created three days ago and has not since had a response from the trader, you can't use that as evidence.

#3 - Doesn't matter, he's still selling at 8. Again, for all you know he believed buds were still at 7 keys (as they were earlier yesterday) and hasn't had time to react.

#4: No, it's really not. It does nothing to show an actual purchase at 7 keys, nor does it disprove the idea that buds are still selling at 8 keys. For all anyone knows, it could be a quicksell.

#5: The TRADER is online and has buds. The BOT does not. There is no way at the time of this suggestion to purchase buds from that bot at under 7 keys. Hence why I said the trader probably did not ever get additional stock to sell (ie; he's keeping the buds he has) and never bothered to update the trade.

Ok, Anyone Else Completely Fed up? I mean They are selling for 7 Keys because They are trying to get rid of them before people like this take advantage and completely ruin this, add one.. I see ~80% of your 7 keys sellers were quicksold in less than a day (quicksold multiple of buds).

The only few you do have availble are unbumped/automatic bots which are out of stock or guys that forgot to remove the buds although they sold it...

Please stop trying to price manipulate. Everyone knows you were hoarding buds at 5 keys, and that you're trying to lower the price again in order to buy more.

8 keys should not even be in the range. I tried for 2 hours to sell it for that price, well first no one came to buy my bud, three guys asked me to lower the price to 7 or even 6 keys, and buyers a 8 don't exist. All those links of buyers are wrong, and not tested: either htey don't have keys anymore, or completed their trade, or wrote 8, but after you add them ell you they do know the hype is disapearing and will pay you 7 for it.

There is no more way to sell a bud for 8, downvoted. :)

edit: my bud was etremely clean, with a 10-user history (and Geel#scrap.tf in it :D), so it's not about the duped/gifted thing.

I will also add that, of course buyers lowball, the problem is sellers have no choice but accept this lowballs because there are already dozens of guys selling buds for less than 8 keys (*cough* classifieds *cough), so I, as a seller willing to apply backpack.tf price, has absolutely no chance to sell it. Backpack is only here to draw conclusions about what happens, what happened today is that buds were 9 keys this very morning and now are 7. Not tomorrow will we see buds as a currency again..

Yea, theres always the panic guys who sell buds for 5-6 keys, they are the cause that buds' price got lowered so much, like stop panicking godamnit, just be pacient and sell for 7-8 keys

Honestly, 7 keys is an easy find whether its the classifieds, servers, or (sometimes) outpost, upvote. I will not argue that there are no 8 key ones though.

I like how nobody seemed to think these were gonna go back down.. This is the same thing that happened awhile ago, buds went down to like 11 or 12 keys, than shot up to 16 keys in 2 days, and went back down to 13-14 the next day. So, long story short, nobody saved buds.

It's nice evidence, but I don't feel comfortable with price suggestions and changes happening in such rapid successions.

6 of your 7 key sellers have sold, and 11 of your 8 key sellers have sold. So people are still selling for 8 keys.

That's not how it works. That's not how any of this works. Those guys who sold at 8 did those sales yesterday in the early afternoon, (France time here), some hours after it was impossible to find a buyer at 8. What a lot of people don't understand bere, thus upvote this flawed suggestion, is that bufs skyrocket and plummet lightning-fast. In just some hours, they went from 9 keys to 7 keys. 8 keys is not in the range anymore. We are not talking about common cosmetics that are pretty steady, we are talking about an item whose sales 20 hours ago are not relevant anymore for a bp.tf suggestion now. And now, right now, 6-7 is relevant, 7-8 is not, as there are ZERO RECENT ENOUGH proof of sales at 8.
