mods are asleep, post suggestions with outdated sales and quicksells and call it a day.
resuggest cause i put the wrong number in the suggested price box like a moron
bought with my max as a quicksell, as listed in the previous suggestion. 33 keys is a clear outlier compared to the 2 sales i'm showing here.
http://imgur.com/lHnhm7O sold with a pink bruiser's and a white bill's hat (~5 keys in sweets) for a miami hong kong cone. using original price of 6 buds rather than converted price of 90 keys, buds at time of sale were 9.5. 6*9.5 = 57, *0.9 gives 51 keys with overpay. 51-5 = ~46 keys.
using the previous suggesters outdated sale of stormy 13th toque as support but not to define the range. i have no idea how he treated it at all to get 40 keys.
original toque price = 3.7, buds at 13 on the day of the sale. 3.7*13=48.1, 48.1*0.9 gives ~43 keys with overpay. as i say, outdated so just here to support the max being an outlier and the use of the only other recent sale.
Em, it's not outdated since it's within 3 months.
43 keys should be in the range since there is no other valid sale within 2 months time period.
Unusual Suggestion Cheat Sheet:
Part 1. What is valid proof?
Sales
Sales older than 2 months old are not valid proof; this does not mean that they are not useful. Feel free to include them to provide supplemental proof. Just don't rely on them to set your range.
I'm not seeing this needing to be an exception, newer sales should take precedence as it also says in guidelines.
Just to back you up:
(1) Be VERY careful using hats priced > TWO MONTHS old as proof in any suggestion under any context whether it's a MAIN suggestion or being used as a MINI.

Wrong quote in this situation lol.
This is what I'm talking about:
Exceptions: For very rare hats, if there have only been 1-2 sales in the last 3 months, a trade up to 3 months old is okay to use as proof to establish more data points. Keep in mind, new sales should take precedence over older ones.
no, Jacob's quote is a very useful quote here. the toque was priced 2 and a half months ago, therefore it is over 2 months old. i'm allowing the new sale to take precedence as indicated in the guideline you quote and I don't think an exception is necessary especially when the older sale seems pretty close and thus good supporting evidence.
He didn't price it at 40 keys, the suggestion was made before the bud to key conversion. Things got cray.
ah right. only just passed, i hadn't seen it was posted 15 days ago.
By the way, took 5 days to 'quicksell'

because he was asking for keys on top of the max... i only paid a max. in fact i think he added a key. it's clearly an outlier, even if you can't see that it's a quicksell.
