you need atleast 2 sells, and it's not fair, couse you quickselling this hat, and open this suggestion only couse i don't want buy your another hat

it's only your problem, if i sell now one of my unusual for stupid price, couse i just want it, it's not mean this hat would be selling only for this price. Every day people quickselling unusuals. But it's misty skull el jefe. Only 3 hat exist. And i don't selling it for 78 keys. I know it's no matter couse peoples always vote for cheap prices. But this price would be unfair

No he doesn't need 2 sales. The 2 sales rule applies only to unpriced unusuals. I don't see this as a quicksale.
