4.33 is a seller's price. 4.00 is a much better price, as it suits the needs of the lower-class players that don't have the keys to get botkillers, or killstreaks with parts. The basic strange scattergun has nothing special about it, so why plague newer players into having to turn an extra 12 weapons into scrap just to get the extra rec. Keep it at 4.00, it's where basic default weapons belong: on the cheaper side.
