It says "sold for 12 keys" under your caption of sale 4 but you comcluded 9? Typo?

Nope, he had a B/O of 9 keys, trades have to cap at whatever the B/O was.

Since he would have supposedly taken 9 keys even though the sale exceeded 9 keys, we take the sale as 9 keys.

Regardless of if it was 12 or 9 keys I would still keep my current range if that is what you are asking.
